OMG! It's been 21 days but I don't see a change. What now?

I’m trying to lose weight BUT it’s getting hard! It’s hard not to enjoy pancakes, fudge rounds, and carb overload!


Week number three and it's been 21 days. They say it takes 21 days but I don’t see a change, what now?


This is where tough gets good! My breakfast options are getting the best of me!

I’m bored! I’m tired of eating eggs for breakfast- it’s the quickest thing in the mornings that tastes good other than oatmeal and yogurt. Needless to say. I am bored with my food!


Some form of eggs are the easiest, scrambled, boiled, and muffin style with veggies..yummy! Sounds so exciting right? My point exactly!


Those are the staples in my house because it’s something I can eat as I am getting dressed, and out the door I go! Being to work at 6:30 in the morning, that’s the best I can do.


If it’s not broke don’t fix it! We know eggs are a staple for weight loss because it’s a protein and low in calories and serves as a filler until you can make it to lunchtime. Just like Hot sauce, I put that sh*t on everything.


If breakfast is the hardest thing to accomplish because of time, eggs are the easiest way to get breakfast done and over.

Another area that I am struggling in is....


I want something SWEET!!!! let me be specific I want some cake, I want brownies I want a milkshake and I want a double stuffed reeces!!!


It's only been 21 days and I too struggle, if it’s not hard then it’s not worth fighting for, right?.. Making the best food choices to lose weight is hard!

The typical quote is very true:

It takes 4 weeks for YOU to notice a change

It takes 8 weeks for FRIENDS to notice a change

It takes 12 weeks for the WORLD to notice a change

It‘s been 21 days and I don’t notice and change, now what? It’s not the food that’s keeping me motivate, that‘s for sure!

The only thing that holds me back is my dedication to myself! My love for myself, if I try a little I want a lot!

I had sugar headaches for two weeks as I unintentionally detoxed sugar cravings, my sugar headaches are over! Thanks goodness, I thought I was about to die.

Sugar headaches are serious! Now it’s time to overcome the sweet cravings!!!


Let me say this again! I’m bored with my foods, I have to push myself to workout, I know in the end I’m showing up and showing out for myself!


If you are starting your weight loss journey, just know once you get to your 21 days, that’s when the hard work starts. Hard work pays off, don't give up yet!
